This policy explains how Slide Finalizer for NotebookLM handles documents, app preferences, support messages and visits to this website.

Document processing

Slide Finalizer processes supported PDFs, image-based PowerPoint files and PNGs on your Mac. The app does not upload those documents to an external AI service. No account is required.

Local working files

The app creates local working copies and intermediate results in temporary storage. It removes the previous workspace when a new document opens. Working files can remain after the app exits or a process is interrupted; the app does not promise immediate secure deletion. Your original file and copies you choose to save remain in the locations you select.

Preferences and app data

The app stores your appearance preference locally. The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics.

Support messages

If you contact support, your message, contact details and any files you choose to send are handled separately from local document processing. We use information you send to respond to your request. Correspondence may remain in the email service used to handle support. To ask about or request deletion of a support message, email appdev@krako.xyz. Please do not send confidential documents or files you do not have permission to share.

Apple services

App Store transactions and optional Apple diagnostics are governed by Apple's services and your device settings. They are separate from the app's document-processing workflow.

This website

This website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare delivery and DNS services. These providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request times, to operate and protect their services. See the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. We have added no analytics, advertising scripts, forms or document-upload function to this website.
